Right to Manage

Is your Landlord charging you too much? Would you like to take control?

If these are questions that get an affirmative response you should investigate the alternatives. Legislation now allows for leaseholders to take control and establish a Right to Manage (RMT) company. By doing so you can control the services being provided and avoid being charged the built in commissions charged by insurance brokers and other service providers who are arranged by your Landlord.

Not every Landlord is unscrupulous but the few that are give the rest a bad name.

At MCH-MS we can provide the helping hand to guide you through the process and then the ongoing support and access to recommended local service providers. The strategy will be to take control and save money. Let us help with the delivery of your objectives 52 weeks a year.

The detail can be found in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. If you would like to chat it through or get recommendations of who can support you, we are here to help.
